Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By accessing or using asm (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.
2. Service description
asm is a social media management platform operated by Digital Center Company (DCCO). It provides tools for composing, publishing, listening to, and measuring activity on supported third-party social platforms.
3. Your account
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
- You are responsible for the activity that occurs under your account.
- DCCO may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
4. Subscription and billing
- Plans, pricing, and billing cycles are described on the pricing page.
- Billing is handled by MyFatoorah; invoicing is issued by AlOstaz (ZATCA-compliant).
- Trials are 7 days; no credit card is required during the trial.
- Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; 30-day grace and retention per §8.
5. Content
- You retain all rights to content you upload or post through the Service.
- You grant DCCO a limited license to process that content solely to operate the Service.
- DCCO does not claim ownership of your content.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to publish content that is illegal, infringing, harassing, or that violates the Terms of a connected third-party platform. DCCO may remove or disconnect integrations whose Terms your usage violates.
7. Third-party platforms
The Service integrates with third-party social platforms (X, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat, WhatsApp Business). Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms. DCCO is not responsible for their availability, rate limits, or policy changes.
8. Data retention
- Active workspace data is retained for the life of the subscription.
- After cancellation or trial expiry: 30 days of grace (full retention), 30 days of archive (soft-deleted), then permanent deletion. Details in the Privacy Policy.
9. Termination
- You may terminate at any time via
/settings/billing. - DCCO may terminate accounts for Terms violations, fraud, or non-payment after notice.
- Upon termination, §8 retention applies.
10. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DCCO's liability is limited to the amount paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim. DCCO is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
11. Changes
DCCO may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced via email 30 days in advance where reasonably practicable.
