When to upgrade
You hit a usage cap (the in-app banner flips to warning at 75%, critical at 90%, blocked at 100%); your team grew past the seat count; your accounting team needs the audit log retention; or compliance asks for SSO. Each is a one-click change in /settings/billing.
Where most teams start
Solo creators or a 1-3 channel founder pick Starter. Active marketing teams (3-10 people, daily publishing across 5+ channels) start on Pro. Agencies managing client brands start on Business for multi-workspace + approvals. Enterprise is for organizations that need SSO, SCIM, or unlimited audit-log retention.
